Hello Shortwave Community,
I am Sascha, from Hessen in Germany 50 km south of Kassel.
My favourite radio for shortwave listening at the moment is a K-PO WR2100, but I also have older radios like Grundig, Telefunken, Nordmende, Teletron and other.
I have also some radio from the 50s. My favourite radio from the 50s is a Emud, Ernst Mästling: Favorit 69W, because it is from the father of my grandma. He bought this radio in the early 50s as his first radio in his new home in West Germany, because he was a refugee from the old East Germany from East Prussia (Königsberg/ Ostpreußen) in the end of the Second World War. Today the city Königsberg is a russian city and called Kaliningrad.
